Tell us about your app idea
Describe what you're building in plain English — what problem it solves, who will use it, and any key things it must do. Our AI agents use this to tailor every recommendation specifically to your app.
Even a rough description helps a lot — the more context you give, the better the architecture, design, and code recommendations will be.
What kind of organisation are you?
This shapes our architecture and team-size assumptions. Not sure? Startup is the right default for most new projects.
A default is pre-selected — feel free to change it or just click Next. You can always adjust this later.
Startup
1–20 people building fast. Best for MVPs, side-projects, and new products where speed matters more than scale.
Scale-up
10–100 people with a proven product. You need structure and growth planning without enterprise overhead.
Enterprise
100+ people, compliance and auditing matter. Choose this for regulated industries, large procurement cycles.
Agency / Consultancy
Building for clients on a deadline. Prioritises reusable patterns and fast handover to the customer.
What are you building?
The application type drives the architecture and agent analysis. Most new products are a Web Application.
A default is pre-selected — change it if needed, or just click Next.
Web Application
A website with pages and a UI — the most common choice. Use this if real people will visit your app in a browser.
API / Backend
No UI needed — just endpoints. Choose this when a mobile app, website, or third-party service will call your API.
Mobile App
iOS and/or Android app. Great when most of your users are on their phones and you need device features.
Desktop App
Installs on Windows, Mac, or Linux. Best for offline-first tools or power users who work on a computer all day.
Full-Stack Platform
Multiple services working together — web, API, background jobs. More complexity, but maximum flexibility.
CLI / Dev Tool
Command-line scripts or SDKs that other developers use. Think deployment tools, code generators, or automation.
Preferred backend technology?
We'll tailor libraries, patterns and tooling to your stack. Not sure? Node.js / TypeScript has the largest ecosystem and easiest hiring pool.
A default is pre-selected — it's a great all-round choice. Change it if your team already uses something else.
.NET / C#
Microsoft's mature, high-performance stack. Best for teams that already know C# or need tight Azure / Microsoft 365 integration.
Java / Spring
Enterprise Java — battle-tested for large teams, complex systems, and organisations with existing Java expertise.
Node.js / TypeScript
JavaScript on the server — huge ecosystem, easy hiring, and you can share code between frontend and backend.
Python
Simple syntax, great for data-heavy apps, AI/ML integrations, or teams who are more comfortable with Python than JS.
Go
Extremely fast and memory-efficient. Ideal for high-throughput APIs or microservices where performance is critical.
Ruby on Rails
Optimised for developer happiness and rapid feature building. Great for small teams who want to ship quickly.
Frontend framework?
Choose None if you're building an API-only backend. For most web apps, React / Next.js is the safe default.
A default is pre-selected — it's the most widely used framework. Change it if you prefer something else.
React / Next.js
The world's most popular UI framework. Huge community, great hiring pool, and excellent SEO support out of the box.
🅰️
Angular
Full-featured and opinionated — every convention is pre-decided. Preferred by large enterprise teams wanting strict structure.
Vue / Nuxt
Approachable and flexible — loved by solo developers and small teams. Easier learning curve than React for newcomers.
Blazor
Write UI in C# instead of JavaScript. Best if your whole team is .NET-focused and you want to avoid context-switching.
Svelte / SvelteKit
Tiny bundle sizes, fast runtime. Great for performance-critical UIs where every kilobyte matters.
None (API only)
Skip the frontend entirely — your API will serve data to a mobile app, another service, or a separately-built UI.
Primary database?
We'll generate schema patterns and ORM setup for your choice. PostgreSQL is the go-to for most new projects.
A default is pre-selected — it works well for almost every use case. Change it if you have a specific reason.
PostgreSQL
The go-to relational database. Rock-solid, free, and supported everywhere. Works for 90% of applications.
SQL Server
Microsoft's database — ideal when you're on Azure or an existing Microsoft stack and need deep Windows integrations.
MySQL / MariaDB
Simple, widely hosted relational DB. Good choice when your hosting provider or existing stack already uses MySQL.
MongoDB
Store data as flexible JSON-like documents. Great for rapid iteration when your data structure changes frequently.
DynamoDB / CosmosDB
Fully managed, infinitely scalable NoSQL. Best for serverless architectures on AWS or Azure at massive scale.
SQLite
Embedded, zero-setup database stored in a single file. Perfect for local dev, prototypes, or offline-capable apps.
Key features needed?
Select all that apply — or skip and click Next. Not sure what something means? It's fine to leave it unselected for now.
Authentication is pre-selected as nearly every app needs it. Deselect or add more as needed.
Authentication
Let users sign up, log in, and manage their account. Almost every app needs this.
SEO
Help search engines find your pages. Essential if you want users to discover your app on Google.
Real-time
Push live updates without refreshing — good for chats, live dashboards, or collaborative features.
File Storage
Let users upload photos, documents, or videos that get stored safely in the cloud.
Payments
Charge users via card, subscription, or one-time purchase. We'll wire up Stripe for you.
Email / Notifications
Send welcome emails, alerts, or push notifications to keep users informed and engaged.
Analytics
Track what users do inside your app and measure business metrics like signups and retention.
Full-text Search
Let users search through content instantly — like Google, but just for your app's data.
Where will you deploy?
Agents will tailor CI/CD pipelines and IaC to your target. Docker / Kubernetes works on any cloud or your own server.
A default is pre-selected — it gives you maximum flexibility. Change it if you already use a specific cloud provider.
Azure
Microsoft's cloud. Best choice when paired with .NET or if your company already uses Microsoft 365 / Teams.
AWS
Amazon's cloud — the world's largest ecosystem. The default choice for most US-based startups and scale-ups.
GCP
Google's cloud. Strongest for ML/AI workloads, big data pipelines, and teams already using Google Workspace.
▲
Vercel / Netlify
The simplest way to deploy a frontend. Zero config, automatic previews per branch — great for Next.js apps.
Docker / Kubernetes
Run anywhere — any cloud or your own servers. Maximum flexibility with no vendor lock-in.
On-premises
Keep everything on hardware you own. Required for some compliance scenarios where data must not leave your network.
